Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

L&C Home Health Agency is seeking a motivated PTA to provide in-home therapy support. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care while assisting in improving mobility and overall function in a home health setting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy during home visits
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Active PTA license (Kansas or compact)
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Assignment Details

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
• 13-week contract
• Immediate start available
