Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Facility: L&C Home Health Agency, Inc
Location: Colby, Kansas
Shift: 5 x 8-hour Day Shifts
Hours: 40/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
L&C Home Health Agency is seeking a PTA to provide exceptional in-home physical therapy services. This role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services according to patient care plans

• Assist in exercises, mobility training, and functional activities

• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising PT

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active PTA license in Kansas

• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently in patient homes
