Position Summary:
Functional Pathways is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at University Retirement Community in Davis, CA. This role provides support in a skilled nursing and rehab environment, helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Assist residents with exercises, mobility, and functional activities

• Document treatment sessions and progress per facility standards

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Active PTA license in California (or Compact License, if applicable)

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

• Ability to work independently while following the PT plan of care
