Schedule: Full-time, 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Role Overview:
The Actors Fund Home is seeking a PTA to provide therapy services that enhance patient mobility, independence, and overall well-being in a skilled care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with exercises, functional activities, and mobility under PT supervision
Document patient progress in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent patient care
Qualifications:
PTA license (active)
New graduates welcome
Ability to work effectively in a skilled care environment
