Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Facility: Millennium Therapy – Fort Dodge Clinic
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: 5 × 8-Hour Day Shifts
Start Date: ASAP

Role Snapshot:

Millennium Therapy is looking for an experienced PTA to support its outpatient clinic in Fort Dodge. This role focuses on delivering hands-on therapy and assisting patients in achieving functional recovery goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist Physical Therapists in delivering treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Track progress and document treatment sessions accurately
• Support a positive and engaging patient experience

What’s Required:

• Active Iowa PTA license or Compact license
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• New grads not accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills
