Overview:
Continuum Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a busy skilled nursing facility in Hobbs, New Mexico. This role supports patient rehabilitation by delivering direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services per the established plan of care

• Carry out treatment programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with the rehab and interdisciplinary care teams

Assignment Details:

• Full-time PTA role in a high-volume SNF

• Day shift schedule

• Consistent 13-week contract

Requirements:

• Active PTA license in New Mexico

• Experience in skilled nursing preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced rehab environment
