Role Overview
Covenant Living of Keene is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week day-shift assignment. This role involves supporting physical therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function under the direction of the facility’s licensed Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing individualized PT treatment plans
Provide direct patient care in accordance with the PT plan of care
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care
