Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Saint Marys, Ohio
Facility: Otterbein St Marys Retirement Living Community – Functional Pathways of Tennessee, LLC
Schedule: Full-time, 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: January 5th

Role Overview:
Join Otterbein St Marys as a PTA, providing therapy to support patient mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being in a skilled nursing and retirement living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with exercises, mobility, and functional activities under PT supervision

• Document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• PTA license (active)

• New graduates welcome

• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing or retirement community setting

Highlights:

• 32 guaranteed hours per week

• Full-time day shift, Monday–Friday

• No on-call responsibilities

• Immediate start January 5th, 13-week contract
