Position Open: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Facility: Life Care Center of Sierra Vista
Schedule: 5×8 Day Shifts

Overview

Life Care Center of Sierra Vista is seeking a PTA to support its rehab team in delivering consistent, patient-focused therapy. This role is open to both experienced professionals and motivated new graduates.

Day-to-Day Focus

• Assist in delivering therapy plans designed by the Physical Therapist
• Support patients in improving mobility and functional outcomes
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Maintain clear and timely documentation

What’s Required

• Active Arizona PTA License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Important Notes

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads accepted (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if productivity falls below threshold
