About the Opportunity

Millennium Therapy is hiring a PTA to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role is suited for candidates who are comfortable working in an SNF setting and can step in quickly to support patient care needs.

Your Day-to-Day

Assist with therapy treatments, carry out care plans designed by the Physical Therapist, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining quality care standards.

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Iowa PTA license or Compact License (required at submission)
• Prior SNF experience is mandatory
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
