Overview:
Prestige Care and Rehabilitation – Sunnyside is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide care in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves individual, group, and concurrent treatments with flexible scheduling options.

Schedule Options:

• Standard: Monday–Friday

• Flexible: Tuesday–Saturday (to accommodate weekend coverage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PTA services for residents using individualized treatment plans

• Conduct group and concurrent therapy sessions

• Document patient progress accurately

Requirements:

• CPR Certification required

• Polos, khakis, or business casual accepted; scrubs optional, any color

• Spanish language skills helpful but not required

Patient Population:

• Diverse, including a high Spanish-speaking population
