Location: Wenatchee, Washington
Facility: Colonial Vista Post Acute
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 30-min unpaid lunch)

Position Overview

Colonial Vista Post Acute is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services for patients across all age groups. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a stable schedule with flexible contract options.

Assignment Details

• Contract Options: 13 or 26 weeks

• Weekend Requirement: None
• Patient Population: All age groups

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing therapy plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on patient care and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active Washington PTA license or eligibility (pending license considered)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
