Schedule: 5 × 8 Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

A PTA opportunity in a senior living rehab setting, supporting patients with mobility, strength, and functional recovery through structured therapy programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
• Support mobility, balance, and strength training
• Track patient progress and communicate updates to PTs
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation
• Work closely with the rehab team

Key Details

• Rate is negotiable
• 90% productivity requirement
  • Pay adjusted if not met
• Consistent day shift schedule

Requirements

• Active PTA License (KS or compact eligible)
• BLS certification required
• New grads accepted (10% reduced bill rate applies)
