12-Hour Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 3 shifts one week: 36 hours
• 4 shifts the next week: 48 hours
• Every other weekend: Friday–Sunday
• Holiday rotation required

The Opportunity

Join the respiratory care team at this Critical Access Hospital and provide comprehensive care to patients requiring respiratory support and monitoring. This role combines clinical assessment, treatment planning, patient education, and hands-on procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic and pulmonary function tests
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as needed
• Educate patients on respiratory treatments and equipment
• Provide care across a diverse patient population, including NICU patients

Required

✓ Current Wisconsin RT License
✓ NICU experience required
✓ Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials
