Ferry County Health is seeking an experienced Rehab Therapy Manager to lead its Physical Therapy Department while continuing to provide direct patient care. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and improving patient outcomes.

Your Leadership Impact

• Lead and manage the Physical Therapy Department
• Supervise, train, and support hourly and contract therapy staff
• Oversee clinical programs and ensure quality patient care
• Supervise physical therapy students and support clinical education
• Coordinate patient scheduling, progress reporting, and monthly department reports
• Manage the department’s annual budget
• Order equipment and supplies from approved vendors
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, clinic leaders, administrators, patients, and families

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide and oversee a broad range of physical therapy services, including:

• Therapeutic exercise and strengthening
• Manual therapy, massage, and muscle re-education
• Electrical stimulation, TENS, ultrasound, and iontophoresis
• Traction, taping, compression therapy, and hydrotherapy
• Balance, gait, posture, and wheelchair training
• Assistive device assessment and patient education
• Home exercise program instruction
• Patient progress monitoring and treatment modification when clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Washington State PT License
• BLS Certification
• 5 years of practical Physical Therapy experience
• 3 years of Rehab Therapy management experience
