Role Overview
Masonic Pathways is seeking an experienced Night Nurse for a split assignment between the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Home for the Aged (HFA/Residential Living). This role requires flexibility, as nurses may rotate between both areas and adapt to varying patient care needs. Ventilator experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care across SNF and HFA units
Adapt to changes in patient needs and care settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Complete required documentation accurately
Participate in assigned shift schedules, including 12-hour night shifts
Take a 30-minute unpaid lunch each shift
Requirements
Active LPN or RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience
BCLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or proper declination forms
Background checks: DHHS, National/State/County
10 Panel Drug Screen
Immunizations: 2-Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
Assignment Highlights
