Job Summary:

Franciscan Health Center in Duluth, MN is seeking experienced LPNs and RNs to join our Skilled Nursing team. This role offers variable 8- and 16-hour day/night shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are reliable, compassionate, and have recent long-term care experience.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license (Minnesota)

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience

• Current BCLS certification

• Clear DHHS, national/state/county background check

• 10-panel drug screen

• Up-to-date immunization records, including:

  • 2-step TB

  • Hepatitis B

  • MMR

  • Tdap

  • Varicella
