Skilled Nursing – LPN/RN (Travel Position)

Location: Duluth, Minnesota
Facility: Franciscan Health Center
Shift: 8-hour blend of mid and night shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Candidate Requirements

• Active LPN/RN license

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience

• BCLS certification

• DHHS background clearance

• National/State/County background checks

• 10-panel drug screen

Medical Clearance

• 2-Step TB

• Hepatitis B

• MMR

• Tdap

• Varicella
