Requirements:
Active Minnesota LPN/RN license
2+ years long-term care experience required
BCLS certification
MN DHHS background check
National/State/County background checks
10-panel drug screen
Up-to-date immunizations: 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
