Position Overview
Care & Rehab – Ostrander is seeking experienced LPNs to join their skilled nursing team for night shifts. This is a long-term care (LTC) role requiring recent experience in similar settings, strong clinical skills, and adherence to safety standards.
Night Shift Schedule
February: 2/2, 2/3, 2/6, 2/7, 2/8, 2/11, 2/12, 2/16, 2/17, 2/20, 2/21, 2/22, 2/25, 2/26
March: 3/2, 3/3, 3/6, 3/7, 3/8, 3/11, 3/12
Shifts are 12 hours each, providing consistent coverage for the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents during night shifts
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Respond to emergencies and patient needs with professionalism and clinical competence
Qualifications
Active MN LPN License
Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience
Current BCLS certification
Clear DHHS, National, State, and County background checks
Must complete 10-panel drug screen and immunization requirements: 2-Step TB, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
