Schedule: Mix of Shifts (2×12 Nights + 2×8 Evenings)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed
• Duration: 13 Weeks | ASAP Start

Assignment Overview

A mixed-shift skilled nursing role offering a balanced schedule between night and evening coverage in a long-term care setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment
• Support daily living activities and patient monitoring
• Administer medications and follow care plans
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation

Schedule & Requirements

• 2x12-hour night shifts + 2x8-hour evening shifts weekly
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required
• 13-week assignment
• Immediate start available
