A weekday SLP role focused on delivering speech, language, and swallowing therapy in a rehab-driven hospital setting. Consistent schedule with flexibility on compensation.

What You’ll Handle

• Patient evaluations and treatment planning
• Speech, language, and dysphagia therapy
• Progress tracking and documentation
• Coordination with rehab and care teams

Eligibility Checklist

• Missouri SLP License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS Certification
• Ability to manage caseload independently

Compensation & Conditions

• Rate: Open/Negotiable
• New grads considered (adjusted rate -10%)
• Productivity target: 90%
• Pay adjustment: -10% if below threshold
