Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Butler, Missouri
Facility: KEY Rehab – Medicalodges Butler
Schedule: 5×8 Day Shifts

Join a rehab-focused setting where you’ll work on improving communication and swallowing outcomes for patients. This role offers flexibility on rates and is open to both experienced SLPs and strong new grads.

Your Day Will Include

• Evaluations and treatment for speech, language, and dysphagia
• Creating and updating care plans
• Monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
• Working closely with the rehab team

To Qualify

• Active Missouri SLP License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Things to Keep in Mind

• Rate is negotiable
• New grads considered (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity benchmark
  • Compensation adjusted if not met
