Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Casper, Wyoming
Facility: Life Care Center of Casper
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

Role Summary

Life Care Center of Casper is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services focused on improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive function. This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPs and new graduates entering a supportive rehab environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy plans
• Treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Track patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring

• Active Wyoming SLP license or Compact License
• BLS certification required
• Open to new graduates (adjusted bill rate applies)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Important Details

• Bill rate is negotiable based on experience
• 90% productivity expectation (rate adjustment if below)
