Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Facility: Millennium Therapy – Northbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center
Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Shift: 5 x 8 Day Shifts

Overview:
Northbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled SLP to join their rehabilitation team. This role involves providing speech therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing environment, supporting functional communication and swallowing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized speech-language therapy interventions

• Provide direct therapy services to residents based on clinical needs

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Iowa SLP license required

• Prior SNF experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team
