Position Overview
Covenant Living of Cromwell is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join their rehab team for a 13-week contract. This position focuses on providing comprehensive speech therapy services to residents in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient care
Provide patient and family education to support therapy goals
Requirements
Active SLP license and CCC certification
Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
