Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Facility: Life Care Center of Farmington
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Overview:

Life Care Center of Farmington is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role offers a steady weekday schedule and a collaborative rehabilitation environment. New graduates are welcome (bill rate adjustment applies).

Key Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

• BLS Certification: Required

• Licensure: Active New Mexico SLP license or compact eligibility

• New Grads Accepted: At a 10% reduced bill rate

• Productivity Requirement: 90%

  • If productivity falls below 90%, pay rate will be reduced by 10%

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active SLP license (NM or compact)

• BLS certification (AHA preferred)

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

• SNF experience preferred but not required
