Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fort Wayne, IN

Life Care Center of Fort Wayne is seeking an SLP for a consistent weekday schedule (5×8s). This role is focused on providing high-quality speech and swallowing therapy in a skilled rehab setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with the rehab and clinical team

What You’ll Need:

• Active Indiana SLP License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Key Details:

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads welcome (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if not met
