Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care

Assignment Details:

• Day shift schedule

• 13-week contract

• Work with a supportive and experienced therapy team

Requirements:

• Active SLP license

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
