About the Role:

Join the rehab team at Covenant Living of Keene as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing therapy services focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing functions for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with the care team to support patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Active SLP license with CCC certification
• Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
