Position Summary:
Functional Pathways is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to provide FMLA coverage at Beverly Park Place Health and Rehab in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role supports residents in a skilled nursing environment with a collaborative therapy team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform speech, language, and swallowing evaluations

• Provide daily therapy treatments

• Complete discharge planning and documentation

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Active SLP/CCC license

• SNF experience preferred

• Ability to manage caseload independently
