Position Overview

University Park Care Center is looking for a motivated SLP to join their skilled nursing and rehab team. This role is suitable for both experienced clinicians and new graduates, with supportive onboarding and a clear productivity expectation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to patients in a skilled nursing setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress

• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards

Qualifications

• Current Colorado SLP license (or compact license eligible)

• BLS certification required

• New graduates welcome (bill rate reduced by 10% if under 1 year experience)

• Ability to meet 90% productivity requirement; pay adjusts if not met
