Position Overview:
Otterbein Tipp City SeniorLife Community is seeking a skilled SLP to provide high-quality speech therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing environment. The SLP will support functional communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide daily therapy sessions and monitor resident progress
Document treatments, outcomes, and discharge plans accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
Requirements:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC)
Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
