Speech Language Pathologist | Outpatient & Acute Care

Facility: Adena Greenfield Medical Center
Location: Greenfield, Ohio
Schedule: Days | 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 × 9-hour shifts

Adena Greenfield Medical Center is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide a combination of outpatient pediatric and inpatient adult services. This position is primarily focused on outpatient pediatrics, with approximately 20% of the role dedicated to acute inpatient adult care. A pediatrics-only assignment may also be considered.

Role Focus

• Provide speech-language therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Provide inpatient speech-language services to adult patients as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric and outpatient speech-language pathology
• Experience with adults in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
