Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

Join a dedicated rehabilitation team providing speech-language services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. This position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, helping individuals improve communication, cognition, voice, feeding, and swallowing through evidence-based treatment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Perform specialized assessments, including VFSS/MBS, FEES, pediatric feeding evaluations, and cognitive therapy
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehabilitation team to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology License (Arizona or any U.S. state/territory)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Must be eligible for Medical Staff credentialing
