Clinical Focus

The therapist will provide adult physical therapy services with an emphasis on:

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR.

Med-Surg Adult RN | Adult Surgical Unit

Rotation: Every other weekend and holiday
