Skilled Nursing Nurse – Night Shift

Role Overview
Masonic Pathways is seeking an experienced Night Nurse for a split assignment between the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Home for the Aged (HFA/Residential Living). This role requires flexibility, as nurses may rotate between both areas and adapt to varying patient care needs. Ventilator experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across SNF and HFA units

• Adapt to changes in patient needs and care settings

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Participate in assigned shift schedules, including 12-hour night shifts
